Harshil K. Patel
Harshil Patel is the next generation of the promoter family to join the board of the DV Group. After completing his Chartered Accountancy, he joined the group in 2008 infusing fresh management ideas and innovative approaches to the business. Working to his strengths, he oversees Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation functions and overall Administration of DV Group. Even with such a vast host of backend departments under his care, he is also actively involved in tea tasting, purchase and blending operations. Within a few years he also started shouldering the responsibility for the overall quality control of DV Gold and Silver tea brand.
Kamlesh D. Patel
Kamlesh D. Patel is the Director of DV Group who played a key role building the Group to its current stature with his vision and financial expertise. He has been associated with the Group for the last 30 years and has been handling Finance, Taxation and IT functions of the Group. His incisive and unique acumen in sampling and tasting various varieties of teas to choose the right batch and blend for DV brand has an immense contribution in the success of DV Group’s tea business. As a corollary, he also heads the purchase operations of DV Group.
Aditya K. Patel
Aditya Patel is the youngest member of the promoter family to join the DV Group management team. He became an integral part of the Group’s operations since 2010. He has been carrying the mantle of Marketing and Sales operations of the Group and is striving hard to build the brand equity of DV Gold and Silver teas. His efforts have also been towards reach out to customers and is the driving force behind maintaining the customers network well satisfied. He is also actively involved in the Tea Packaging and Production functions.
Kaushik D. Patel
Kaushik D. Patel is the Director who laid the cornerstone of the DV
Group 35 years ago. Since then he has been the inspiration and
guiding force behind the DV Group’s spices and dry-fruits business.
It is through his initiatives that today the Group has a robust
network of 5000 customers across the state of Gujarat, in India. He
single-handedly established and developed the sourcing points of the
Group’s different commodities on a pan India basis. He continues to
guide the Group to newer heights.
